7. What is your return policy?

Given the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 5 business days at info@shinewellmarket.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We’ll review it on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution.

We're sorry, but we currently only offer shipping within the United States.
