Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, except for in the event that your order arrives with a defective or damaged product.

In the event that your order arrives with a defective or damaged product, please email us within 5 business days of receipt at info@shinewellmarket.com, along with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will review these on a case a case-by-case basis. Once your product is approved for a return or exchange, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and guide you through the returns process.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. If approved for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return and you have not received an email regarding your refund, please contact us at info@shinewellmarket.com.
